Stuck on a puzzle?

Use Hint for a progressive clue. After the final clue, More help offers step-by-step guidance. You don’t have to complete the optional minigame to get help.

Undo lets you try a different route without starting the puzzle again. Sometimes one small change is all it takes.

How do I move and look around?

On iPhone and iPad, tap a tile or swipe to take a step. When zoomed in, drag with one finger outside the tiles to pan, or pan with two fingers. Pinch to zoom. On Mac, use the keyboard, mouse or trackpad. Follow the on-screen controls when a new interaction is introduced.

Where is my progress saved?

Progress and preferences are stored on your device. Deleting the app may remove your progress, so don’t delete it as a first troubleshooting step.

There is no developer-operated cloud save or cross-device sync. Apple device backups follow your own settings.

Something isn’t working.

Try closing and reopening the game. Once the game is released, check for an app update. If the problem continues, email the device model, operating system and app version, the level name, and the steps that reproduce it.
